When it comes to the installation of your stove or gas fire the safety of your family and your home are paramount. 

All our wood and multi stove installers are HETAS approved installation engineers. HETAS is the government authorized body that approves the installation and servicing of biomass and solid fuel heating appliances.  In order to ensure your appliance complies with the relevant Building Regulations and Standards using one of our HETAS approved team will ensure your peace of mind.  If you ever move home, you will need a certificate of compliance which will be provided by our experts.

Our gas fire installers are Gas Safe registered.  By law, all gas engineers and installers must be on the Gas Safe Register.  It’s important to check that your new gas fire is fully suitable for your home and of course, it is vital that the appliance is safe to use.  With a gas fire installation from the Heat Installers, you know we’ve got it covered.

The Heat Installer team are qualified to do anything when it comes to the selection, installation and maintenance of your wood burning stove and gas fire. 

1. Visit your home to carry out a FREE, no obligation site survey. 
2. During the survey, we can if you wish advise on the type of fire that is most appropriate to the room as well as considering the heat output that is best for the size of the room.
3. If there is any additional work required for the successful installation of your fire appliance such as plastering, brickwork and skirting we will provide you with a competitive no obligation quote.
4. We can, if necessary, install a complete flue system for your wood burner or construct a chimney.
5. We will provide a conveniently mutual date for the installation of your appliance and advise on any preparatory work you need to do, such as moving furniture, and covering flooring, etc.
6. Once your stove or fire is installed we will go through the operation of your appliance and leave you with the necessary paperwork such as our 5-year workmanship guarantee and any necessary safety and insurance certificates.
7. Once installed and operational the Heat Installers can also provide regular servicing of your gas fire and can provide chimney sweeping as necessary for your stove.
8. If you think your energy bills are too high, we can provide advice on trading in old, inefficient gas fire and moving to a modern appliance which will be much more energy efficient.
